1. Why is “BOR 1” the only bag I can choose from for a Small Custom Order?

Answer: The BOR 1 bag is the most practical and popular bag size on the market today. The BOR 1 bag does not have reinforced handles down the side that allows us to get the screen flush on the bag for printing purposes.

2. What bag colors can I choose from?

Answer: The bag colors available for Custom Logo Small Quantity are Green, Black, Royal Blue and Red.

3. What color can my logo be?

Answer: Your logo can be any color on the Pantone wheel.

4. What Logo Quality is Required?

Answer: We ask that you supply us with the highest quality logo you have. If you need help with your logo or need a logo created we offer an in house graphic designer that can assist you. We do charge a fee for this service, but it is far less than if you hired a graphic designer.

5. How Do I Know If My Logo Will Work On The Bag?

Answer: The best way is to send us your logo. Please note: We are printing on a rough uneven surface. Therefore extremely detailed logos that include shading are very difficult to reproduce on the bag. We strongly suggest simplifying your logo.

6. Will you be able to help me if I need some work done to my logo on the bag?

Answer: Yes. We offer in-house art modifications and we can even recreate a logo for you. We do charge a fee for this service, but it is far less than if you hired a graphic designer.

7. What format will you accept my logo in for a custom logo bags?

Answer: We prefer the highest quality logo possible. PDF is good. We also accept EPS, or AI. Some JPEG’s are acceptable.

9. How long does it take to produce my small quantity custom logo bag?

Answer: 7-10 days (or less), and usually no more than 5 days delivery. We can accommodate rush orders upon request.

11. Are your bags made in the U.S.A.?

Answer: We are an American corporation based in Phoenix, AZ. We produce our bags in Asia. Our small quantity custom logos are screened in the U.S.A. We produce our bags overseas to remain competitive and keep our costs down.

12. Does your bag come with that piece on the bottom that makes it sit flat?

Answer: Yes, every bag we sell comes with a base stiffener standard.

13. How Do You Ship These Bags?

Answer: Small Custom Bags are shipped using FedEx Ground or FedEx Express.

14. What are the bags made of?

Answer: Our bags are made of non-woven polypropylene. This is a 100% recyclable product, but is not made from recycled content. We use a 90 gram fabric weight.

15. Are the bags made from recycled material?

Answer: Our bags are made from virgin polypropylene material. It is a 100% recyclable product, but is not made from recycled material. Many companies claim they sell a recycled non -woven polypropylene bag, but many investigations we have done reveal those claims as false. Non-woven polypropylene is a very difficult material to produce with recycled content.

16. What is the weight capacity of the BOR 1 bag?

Answer: The BOR 1 bag has a weight capacity of approx. 18lbs

17. Can I put my logo or personal message on the BOR 1 bag?

Answer: Yes you can. The min. quantity is 200 pcs.

18. What is the gram weight of your bag fabric?

Answer: We use a 90 gram fabric weight standard for all our custom logo small quantity bags.

19. How long will these bags last?

Answer: Depending on the amount of usage it varied from 18 months to 36 months. Most people are able to use the bags for 2 years +

20. What is the minimum order I must place to get a bag with my custom logo on it?

Answer: 200 bags is the minimum for a one sided logo on the BOR1 bag (please refer to custom logo small qty. button on home page). For the two sided logo on the other four bag styles (BOR1, BOR 2, BOR 3, BOR 4) the minimum is 3,000 bags.
