Many companies claim they sell a recycled non -woven polypropylene bag, but many investigations we have done reveal those claims as false. Non-woven polypropylene is a very difficult material to produce with recycled content.

Answer: Yes.  We will put a custom logo on the BOR1 style bag ONLY for orders of 200 – 2,000pcs.  We will put a custom logo on the BOR1, BOR2, BOR3, BOR4 style(s) for orders over 3,000 +.

Answer: You can choose your own color bag from the Pantone wheel at 10,000pcs and up.  All orders under 10,000pcs your color choices are GREEN, BLACK, RED, ROYAL BLUE and NAVY.

Answer 1: We will create a custom bag size for orders of 10,000pcs or more in quantity.

Answer 2: Otherwise you must chose from our two bag sizes 12.5" W x 14" H x 8.5" x gusset or 14" W x 15" H x 8" gusset depending on your order type.

The BOR1 and BOR4 are the exact same bag size (12.5" wide x 14" tall x 8.5" gusset) the only difference is the straps stop at the top of the bag on the BOR1, and they go all the way down the side on the BOR4.  The BOR2 and BOR3 are the exact same bag size (14" wide x 15" tall x 8.5" gussett) the only difference is the straps stop at the top of the bag on the BOR2, and they go all the way down the side on the BOR3.  When straps go down the side of the bag they add a little more weight capacity. 

Answer: The BOR 1 & BOR 2 have aprrox. 18lbs of weight capacity.  The BOR 3 & BOR 4 have approx. 22lbs of weight capacity.

Answer: The minimum quantity for a custom logo bag is 200pcs.

Answer: Yes. Well sell blank bags right from our online store. They ship the same day as ordered (unless after 3pm PST).  We sell them in the color of Green, Red, Black, and Royal Blue.  If you want a color in blank different from the four mentioned here you must order 10,000 + (unless it is Navy Blue) and it will take 8-12 weeks for delivery.

Answer: We are an American corporation based in Phoenix, AZ.  We produce our bags in Asia.  Our small quantity custom logos are screened in the U.S.A.  We produce our bags overseas to remain competitive and keep our costs down

Answer: It usually take 8-12 weeks from signed contract till your delivery.

Answer: 7-10 days (or less), and usually no more than 5 days delivery.  We can accommodate rush orders upon request.

Answer: Custom logo bags under 3,000 in quantity are screened in the United States, that is why they can be completed so quickly.  Custom logo bags of 3,000+ are produced and screened overseas.  This is why the time to complete takes 8-12 weeks.

Answer: We ask that you supply us with the highest quality logo you have. If you need help with your logo or need a logo created we offer an in house graphic designer that can assist you.  We do charge a fee for this service, but it is far less than if you hired a graphic designer

Answer: The best way is to send us your logo.  Please note:  We are printing on a rough uneven surface.  Therefore extremely detailed logos that include shading are very difficult to reproduce on the bag.  We strongly suggest simplifying your logo.

Answer: Yes.  We offer in-house art modifications and we can even recreate a logo for you.  We do charge a fee for this service, but it is far less than if you hired a graphic designer

Answer: We prefer the highest quality logo possible. PDF is good.  We also accept EPS, or AI. Some JPEG’s are acceptable.

Answer: The BOR 1 bag is the most practical and popular bag size on the market today. The BOR 1 bag does not have reinforced handles down the side that allows us to get the screen flush on the bag for printing purposes.

Answer: Depending on the amount of usage it varied from 18 months to 36 months.  Most people are able to use the bags for 2 years +

Answer: When you order non-custom “Going Green” or blank bags from our online store we ship via FedEx ground or FedEx Express.  If you order a custom logo bag under 3,000 in quantity they are shipped the same way.  Custom logo bags of 3,000 or higher are shipped via an independent LCL freight hauler.
